【Eligibility for Participation】

　 Born between 2004 through 2009

​

【Athletic Events】

　 Part 2－All Japan and Overseas

　　 ①Individual competition Group E－Players born from 2007 through 2009

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Choose 2-3 events from（rope・club・ribbon）

　　 ②Individual competition Group J－Players born from 2004 through 2006　

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 Choose 2-3 events from（ball・club・ribbon）

　　 ③Team sport－Players born from 2004 through 2009（ribbon）

【Team Judge・Official】

　 In this competition, each Team will be responsible for providing a Judge/Official.

​　 If you can not provide Judge there is additional fee of　￥7,000（Judge fee）

​

【Entrance fee】

　 Individual games：Part 2－￥3,000（2 event）

                                                       ￥4,000（3 event）

                                                       ￥7,000（team sport）

                                                        Please pay locally.

【Participant Application Procedures】

　 Applications should be submitted by our homepage,

 　Applications deadline－Saturday, November 2, 2019*

　

​　 *After the application deadline, please provide notification of any changes to

　   participants/officials（withdrawal/replacement）as soon as possible but no later than

　   three days prior to event start date. If there is no contact there is No Refund.

　   Transfer fee for the refund are the responsibility of the non-voters. You must submit the report

　   of abstention notification, and then please perform the procedure.

【Important Notes】

　 ・Club Submissions are a maximum of three individual players.

​

　 ・Leotard and hand equipment are free. Makeup are optional.

​

　 ・Video/Photography not allowed without advance authorization. Include applications

　　 for a Photography Pass with the Participant Application.

​

　 ・Only Emergency Services will be available on the site. All other medical related issues

　　 are assumed by and the responsibility of the participant/Club/individual.

​

　 ・In the event Participant is ill and withdraws, please provide notice prior to the Officials

　　 Meeting. If determined an infectious disease（such as influenza）and notice was

　　 provided prior to the Officials meeting date, a refund of the Participation Fee may be

​　　 requested.
